We brewed it with oats and wheat and then hopped it with Galaxy

It's a 6. 5% IPA brewed with oats and local organic honey and hopped with Freestyle Nelson Sauvin as well as Nelson Sauvin Hop Kief. Le Ketch is making some of our favourite hoppy beers right now so it was an honour to host Guillaume for a brew day. We used a modified base that incorporates both of our styles and added some local honey, which is a Le Ketch
